About Rikesh :

Portuguese national with Indian origins , part of a Hindu family, born and raised in Porto. 

Today Rikesh is Employer Branding and Digital Nomad Advocate,    Also part of Digital Nomad Communities, Tech Communities, Portugal Digital Marketers and Personal Development groups 

Already battled his life, where he lost more than 30 kg ( from 2017 to 2020)

Hiking is one of his passions  having  already completed the Camiñho Santiago ( 250 km- twice in 3 years)

Rikesh is Friendly, Outgoing and Resilient. 

He considers himself  Creative, dynamic, and strong 'People Person.'

 He holds a Marketing Management Degree from IPAM Porto, 

Specialized in Digital Marketing Strategy & Digital Media Advertising 

Holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Criap Porto.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with prestigious organizations such as local government for 

Porto City Hall ( C.M . Porto ) and Portal da Queixa ( Consumers Trust).

Additionally, co-founded Mais Digital (www.maisdigital.net), an Digital Marketing Agency and Blog expanding his experience in the digital world. 

Has already held various positions such as Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, Operations Manager and  International Recruiter; 

Covering areas such as Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Human Resources. 

His experience in different industries, including BPO, E-Commerce, Public Sector, Startups, and Multinationals, which gives him a broad and versatile business perspective.

 Also he works as a trainer and mentor in Networking, People Management, Sales, and Marketing. 

 He is also a member of the 6 AM Club
